The weather pundits didn't call for this until 3AM. (Oh Oh....Are they in cahoots with the MSM???)
Thing is...I don't care! Snowflakes are falling! And they bring so many cherished memories.

As a kid I couldn't wait to hear if school was out for the day! There were hills to sled down, snowmen to build, and snow angels waiting to take wing! Thank heaven for the softly falling snow, for the joy it brings to hearts, young and old.
Snow is pure. Full of promise.

This will be gone tomorrow. So I'll watch it tonight for as long as I can. Let it snow!

I love the quiet. It was snowing for a second at 11pm...and I stood out in it. I love the sky and smell and quiet. there is no stillness like snow stillness, so glad for the photos you took
The silence of snow is the most musical silence I know. Does that make sense? I wish I could have sat at our window and watched it fall all night, but by 2am I was hypnotized. (snow blind?)
The forecast says we may have more this weekend!
I'd like about a foot, myself! :)
