Thankful

Thanksgiving is one of the holidays I hold most dear. It shouldn't take a day on the calendar to prompt us to take stock of all the things for which we are thankful. Hopefully, we do this daily. Yet, in the US, the last Thursday in November reminds us to remember, celebrate & give thanks for the many blessings we receive in our lives.

For me, the blessings always come down to people. My husband, my sister, my family and his. And friends. So many friends. I am blessed with more friends than I could ever hope to count... friends from Clayworks, friends from my theater days, friends from my radio days, clients who have become very dear friends and friends I've met through blogging. Dear friends, one & all.

So tonight, I toast you all...with a special gift sent from two of our good friends in Australia, Donna & Justine.

Happy Thanksgiving and happy giving of thanks. Whatever the day. Cheers!
